This retractable card holder is easily clipped onto any loop. I use it for my whistle which is necessary for an emergency at San Quentin Prison. It's out of the way on my lower pocket loop, but easily accessible by grabbing it and raising it to my mouth to use in a moment's notice. GREAT convenience!
