Aim of the Program

Critical Second are NDIS accredited in bespoke person-centered high intensity training.

Our programs are designed to provide and facilitate interactive educational experiences, and primarily this is achieved through our online classes and/or in-person workshops. This is where the principles and practice of superior healthcare relating to high intensity needs management is discussed, demonstrated and practised.

The Online Training Modules Provide:

NDIS descriptor-based learning objectives for professional support workers
Access to education via written and visual demonstrated media
Successfully completed quiz to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of concepts, opens the gateway to starting work

Module A:
-Document of Primary training,
-Best practice learning, where the gateway is now open to commence work with your customer and discover what makes each person unique.
Learning Pathway:
-By following a the Learning Discovery Pathway you will uncover the similarity or differences to best practice and how your customer makes it work safely for them.
THEN
Module B:
-After being signed off by a approved assessor, complete the Declaration of Competence & Final quiz, where you complete the checklist, meeting all the NDIS requirements for your Document of Competence to be issued.

Module A: Primary training. Best practice standards Ever green, login anytime for refresher of industry standards
Module B: Your ethical declaration of competence, checklist of requirements to negotiate the NDIS with Knowledge, Skills, and Ethics.
Sign off required annually by approved assessor.
